What Is Your Price Per Square Foot?
Corinth Homes has dedicated designers available that work in conjunction with our construction manager to ensure that the design meets your budget right from the start. If you have a preferred architect or designer, we are more than happy to work with them also. We strive to design your dream home to suit your lot, budget & lifestyle. There are many design decisions to make, but we help make it stress-free by providing detailed quotations for your home build before signing a building contract. We will provide a fixed price construction contract valid for 30 days. Considering size, location and selections, you set the budget and we'll help you stay on track!
Can I Customize An Existing Model?
Absolutely! We have a large selection of model homes to choose from. By selecting one of our professionally developed floor plans, we can easily customize with multiple options available. From simply adding a garage space or creating an extra bedroom or bonus room, we will make those changes with little to no design fees. Customizing an existing floor plan will save time and money while also creating a home that's unique.
Can You Help Me Find Land?
Corinth Homes is a Licensed Real Estate Brokerage. We're happy to help identify available land, estimate site improvements and give you a quick general cost estimate to determine if your home plans are feasible. We can represent you as a Client on the lot purchase or work alongside your existing agent.
Can I Use My Own Plans?
Yes, if you bring an existing set of plans we'll have our drafting team convert them into our panelized construction process. Any specialized engineering requirements or construction documentation may incur extra fees depending on municipality requirements.
When Can I Move In?
Our panelized building process expedites home construction. We strive to be substantially complete with a 2,200 square foot home in 7 months (180-200 days) as an average.
