Corinth Homes is a licensed real estate Brokerage. If you don't have a home site already, we can help you find land that meets the specifications for your home plan.  We work with you to choose one that best fits your needs.

Once you’ve secured financing, you’ll submit your deposit and sign the construction agreement. At your pre-construction conference, we will discuss the project timeline and finalize your color selections.

Begin Construction of Your Dream Home

Ready, set, go! 
While we are preparing your home site; the floor deck system, wall panels, and roof trusses are cut and assembled in one of our manufacturing facilities. This saves you time (typically, the building process is cut by four weeks) and money (less wasted materials).

Final Inspection and
Move-In

Prior to closing, your project manager will accompany you on a final walk-through of your new home. At this time they will notate and complete any minor touch-ups that may be needed. Final payment complete, keys in hand, you’re now the proud owner of an Amwood home and it’s ready for you to move in! By choosing your floor plan, design colors, and personal touches, this house is truly yours. Welcome home!

For the first year, Amwood provides a service policy on all the parts of the home that we supplied. In addition, each home has a ten-year structural warranty from the Residential Warranty Company for your further protection. In addition to the structural warranty, we have other materials warranties that make for a cost-effective and low-maintenance home.
